Our Mission

Our mission is to support and help grow Christ-centered servant leaders, in the church and marketplace, who have a passion to grow other leaders, pursue entrepreneurship and inspire economic independence as they serve their communities by working for the greater good and demonstrating God’s love for all.  Our work is particularly among young Africans and underserved communities in the African Diaspora and Global South.  (John 13:34-35; Matthew 23:11; 1 Thessalonians 4:11-12)

Our Goal

Our goal and call to action is to seek out and support organizations and leaders, actively involved in Kingdom-building work, who are willing to partner with the Kaul2Action Foundation using the Foundation’s Christ-centered servant leadership model to raise leaders committed to growing other leaders in the church and marketplace to better equip them to serve their communities by demonstrating God’s love for all people. (Matthew 6:33; John 3:16; Galatians 5:13-14)

Advisory Board

Comprised of accomplished professionals and Christ-centered leaders from diverse backgrounds, our board is committed to supporting the Foundation’s mission by being good stewards of the Foundation’s resources and upholding best practices and governance standards.

  • Chairperson, Co-founder

    Raja brings strategic vision and leadership to the board, ensuring effective governance and alignment with our long-term objectives. In addition to being a Co-Founder and Chairman of the Kaul2Action Foundation, Raja is Founder and General Partner of Logos Ventures LLC, an angel fund that invests in early stage tech-enabled companies led by African founders. Raja is also President of the Sundial Group of Companies LLC (SGC) Family Office which owns Essence Communications, Afropunk, NaturallyCurly and Beautycon through Essence Ventures LLC.

  • Co-founder

    Ciatta is the Co-founder of Kaul2Action and CFO at Sundial Family Office (SFO). A seasoned professional, Ciatta brings extensive operational experience and financial acumen to the board, strengthening our focus on efficiency and securing desired goals.

  • Bishop Darlingston G. Johnson is the Presiding Bishop of Harvest Intercontinental Ministries Unlimited, a global organization which has planted more than 450 churches, schools, and ministries in over 26 nations catering to more than 35,000 members. Currently HIM-U has works in, Africa, Australia, Europe, North America and South America.

  • Megan is the founding partner of Chequers Financial Management, a fee only planning firm that specializes in high net worth and ultra-high net worth. Chequers focuses on establishing long term relationships with families and helps them navigate through tax, estate, liquidity and investment planning.

  • Thomas serves as Executive Director of the K2A core team. He is a certified accountant with over 12 years of experience working with international organizations. He is the founder of Kingdom Ambassadors Network–a faith-based organization focused on raising Christ Centered Servant leaders.

  • Veena is humbled to come along side and support those dedicated to achieving the K2A mission and vision of growing Christ-centered servant leaders. She plays a pivotal role in executing our strategic initiatives and driving operational excellence across the organization. She enjoys serving with the K2A core team and Board to provide technical assistance and program support to our gifted and dedicated young grantee leaders.

    Isaiah provides administrative support and plays a key role in leading our creative and digital efforts, leveraging innovative solutions to enhance our partner experience and programs.
